The National Secretariat in Kampala works on operational level, headed by the General Manager. It mainly facilitates the development of innovative programmes with partners, provides and exchanges information with the Regional Offices, ensures a transparent and professional accountability, lobbies at national level and coordinates the countrywide marketing/PR activities.
